I chose to volunteer with the Hikmah Foundation because I wanted to give back to my community and spend my time doing something meaningful. I have always enjoyed helping others, especially younger students, and I was excited by the opportunity to support children in their learning and be a positive influence in their lives.
This is my first year volunteering with Hikmah Foundation, so I am looking forward to getting to know the children, building connections with them, and helping them grow both academically and personally. I am especially excited to see their progress and hopefully make learning a little more enjoyable and encouraging for them. I also hope that through this experience, I can become a better mentor, learn from the children, and gain a deeper understanding of the impact that volunteering and education can have on a community.
